    An extra benefit to assist with planning and relieve some stress:

  • Bar Service (must use bar service on exclusive list)

  • Caterers prep space (we offer an exclusive Catering list that has been vetted for all required licenses)
    Any Catering Service not on the exclusive list must be pre-approved.

Other Important Details

  • $1,000 deposit plus tax is due at contract signing to secure your date.

  • Sales Tax assessed by the State of Oklahoma is 4.875% on the venue rental.

  • We require a $1million event insurance policy with The Wichita Wildflower listed as the additional insured.
    (This cost is typically less than $350)

  • Pricing subject to change at any time.

  • Your contract price point and terms will be based on the date the contract is signed, not the date of the tour.

  • The Wichita Wildflower has no hidden fees.
